Jo is a learning and development professional with over 20 years’ experience gained working with well-known market leading companies. She is an inspiring and motivating facilitator who passionately believes in developing people to reach their full potential. She is an empathetic coach with the ability to guide people to discover their strengths and act on their own strategies to improve their performance and become more effective. Jo has a consultative approach, discovering the real development needs of both individuals and teams to then provide solutions to enable them to fulfil their potential and believes when designing and delivering that learning should be interactive, enjoyable and practical, equipping delegates with skills that can be used back in the ‘real world.’
Jo is an accredited facilitator for Everything DISC and a qualified NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is also a qualified Kinesiologist and Nutritionist and runs her own successful business – The Learning Journey.

What gets Jo out of bed in the morning? To make a difference – sharing my skills and experience. Her passion is helping others develop both personally and professionally.
